The Problem

As a startup, SelfDecode had a strong need for tools that would give them flexibility to be faster and more efficient, as well as promote better collaboration among a widespread team.

Their existing genomic analysis processes were:

    Due to the time- and effort-intensive process of iteration, it took over six months for SelfDecode to develop their previous pipeline.
